SCOTT CREEK POTTERY TEST TILE DIE FOR 4″ EXTRUDER MODELS
Making tests of your materials and recipes is critical in the studio. With the Scott Creek Pottery test tile die for 4″ models you can produce big runs of test tiles in just a few extrusions!
Scott Creek Pottery makes their Test Tile Dies for 4″ models from laser cut 1/8″ stainless steel for durability. They will work well with all types of clay, even porcelain. The test tile extrusion profile is 3.5″ tall and just over 1.5″ wide at the base and the die features a single knockout.
When paired with a 4″ extruder this die will produce one long extrusion. Once cut from the extruder, lay on your work surface and slice into the width you desire (recommended approx 1.25″ wide – this size can dip into most glaze jars easily).
