For this reason, kiln exhaust should always be safely vented outdoors. We recommend connecting an exhaust pipe directly to the kiln to properly remove fumes. For models up to the N 300\/H, a 3.15\" (80 mm) diameter zinc-plated steel or stainless steel pipe is suitable. The exhaust pipe must be installed with a continuous upward slope to ensure proper airflow. Good room ventilation is also essential so fresh air can mix with the exhaust gases. For planning purposes, the exhaust piping system should be rated for a maximum temperature of approximately 392°F. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e⚠️ Safety Note: The bypass connection and exhaust piping can become very hot during operation and may cause burns. Any wall ducting must be made from heat-resistant materials. We strongly recommend having a qualified local ventilation company size and install the exhaust system correctly.
